I’m Laura Maurer Rowan, and I’m running for Multnomah County Circuit Court Judge to serve our community with experience, integrity, and proven courtroom judgment.

For 15 years, I have served across Oregon’s justice system — as a prosecutor, deputy city attorney, and senior assistant attorney general. I’ve handled serious criminal trials, advised on modernizing policing practices, and litigated complex post-conviction cases involving constitutional claims.

These experiences have reinforced what I know at my core: every person who enters a courtroom deserves to be heard, every case deserves careful attention, and the law must be applied fairly and consistently.

If elected, I will bring thoughtful, impartial judgment and a steady commitment to fairness to the Multnomah County bench.
